Two green mangoes sliced to remove stoneTwo cloves garlic1 tbsp raw cilantro1/4 hot chilli peppersDash of salt to taste (optional)
Directions
Place all ingredients except salt in a food processor or blender to chop. (Consistency like cole slaw)

Grate mangoes manually
Crush garlic and cilantro leaves
Combine all ingredients

serving 1 tbsp
as a side dish with rice dishes, curried foods, pita bread
