Ground Turkey Spicy Goulash

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey1 Bell Pepper - chopped1 Sweet Onion - chopped1 clove Garlic1 tbsp Hot Sauce1 tsp Black Pepper1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes1 tbsp Chili Powder1 tsp Onion Powder2 14.5 oz cans Del Monte Diced Tomatoes with Onion and Garlic1.52 Cup Whole Wheat MacaroniLight Sour CreamKraft 2% Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Brown ground turkey - drain. Add the bell pepper, onion, minced garlic, onion powder, red pepper flakes and pepper. Saute until vegetables are crisp-tender. Add 2 cans of tomatoes, with the hot sauce and the macaroni. Add a little water, 1 tbsp at a time if too dry. Simmer over medium-low heat until macaroni is cooked to desired tenderness. Serve with 1tbsp light sour cream and sprinkle with the reduced fat cheddar cheese.
