Vegetarian Sheppard's Pie

Ingredients
1 1/3 cup Morning Star Farms "Burger" Crumbles2 cups Mashed Potatoes1 large carrot, diced small1 small onion, diced small1 sm can Reduced Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup2 oz Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Combine burger crumbles, carrot, onion, and soup in bowl to mix. Dish out into 2 large ramikens (mine are about 5 inches long). Top each serving with 1 c of mashed potatoes.

Bake at 400F until internal temp is about 185F (approximately 30 minutes).

Remove pies from oven and top each with 1oz of Cheddar Cheese.

Put pies back into oven for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is as melted as you would like.
