381 gram(s) Ranch Style Pinto Beans with Jalapeņo Peppers - Serving 1/2c (127g), 3.5 servings/can 0.75 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese - Serving 1/4c (28g) - 8 servings/package 1.5 serving Nasoya All Natural Won Ton Wraps - Serving 8 Wrappers (60g) - 6 servings/pack 4 tbsp Pace Salsa Mild - Serving 2 TBSP (30mL) - servings 14/jar 6 tbsp chopped Shallots 12 oz Commissary Ground Beef Sirloin - Serving 4 oz 8 tsp McCormick Mild Taco Seasoning Mix - Serving 2 tsp mix (7g) (seasons 2 tacos) - 6 per packet 2 tbsp Daisy Light Sour Cream
INGREDIENTS
1 lb Ground Sirloin
1 Shallot, diced
1 Packet of Taco Seasoning
3/4 cup Water
3/4 can of Pinto Beans with Jalapeņo Peppers (rinsed & drained)
12 Won Ton Wrappers
1/4 cup shredded cheese
4 TBSP Salsa (recommend thick and chunky, or draining thinner salsas)
2 TSP Light Sour Cream
1. Pre-heat the oven to 375F/190C
2. Cook the sirloin (or ground beef) with the diced shallots in a pan on the stove, mincing the beef so there are no large chunks.
3. Drain the beef and onions and rinse under warm water in a colander and return the beef and onions to the pan.
4. Add 3/4 cup of water and the packet of seasoning, and simmer.
5. Lightly spray a 12-cupcake pan with olive oil and line with one sheet of won ton wrapper in each cup. Lightly spray the top of the won tons.
6. Bake the won tons, empty, for approximately 12 minutes - until they are a very light shade of brown. Remove from the oven and allow to rest.
7. Heat the pinto beans in a microwavable dish for approximately 60-90 seconds, and mash until mostly smooth.
8. Spoon 1 TBSP of the mashed pinto beans into each won ton, pressing softly to flatten.
9. Spoon 1 TBSP of the seasoned ground beef and shallots into each won ton, pressing softly to flatten.
10. Sprinkle approximately 1 TBSP (1 pinch) of shredded cheese into each won ton and return to the oven until the cheese melts, and remove promptly.
11. Spoon 1 tsp of salsa and then 1/2 tsp of sour cream into each cup and serve immediately.
