Baked Avocado Egg Rolls

Ingredients
3 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 1 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 1 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes 10 serving Nasoya Egg Roll Wrap (by N0N3SEQUITOR) 1 serving vegetable oil- cooking spray (by VIOLECHANT) 1 lime yields Lime Juice 1 tbsp Cilantro, raw
Directions
Dice avocado, onion and cilantro. Mix in bowl, add sun dried tomatoes and lime juice. Place egg roll wrap down with on corner pointing at you, add mixture 1" from one corner, fold corner up over mixture. Fold each side in. Wet far end on wrap with water, roll wrap, place on cookie sheet. Repeat for remaining wraps. Spray with vegetable oil, flip over spray again. Place in preheated 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes. Serve with dipping salsa
