704 grams Rutabagas 286 grams Carrots, raw 1 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato 1 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 Apples, fresh with skin 39 grams Celery, raw 102 grams Onions, raw 0.75 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil .25 tsp Salt, table (by GRANMACHERI) 1.333 tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce) 1.333 cup Soup, chicken broth, canned, less/reduced sodium 1.333 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
In non stick pan, saute onions carrots and celery. Add broth and water and remaining ingredients and cook on medium low heat until all vegetables are tender. Use immersion blender to pure the mixture.
