Hearty Spinach and Rice Bake

Ingredients
1 cup Brown Rice, medium grain 3 cup Cut Leaf Spinach - Frozen 6 serving Egg - Large (1 egg) 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, Kroger shredded Sharp Cheddar .25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce 1 tsp *Lawry's Seasoned Salt (by LYONHART1968) 1 large Onions, raw
Directions
Cook brown rice.

Thaw and drain spinach. Chop onion.

Mix all ingredients and pour into greased baking dish or cast iron kettle.

Bake at 400 degrees F until inserted knife comes out clean (30-50 minutes depending on shape of baking container).
