Honey glazed chicken

1 4lb roasting chickenSalt and Pepper to taste1 apple peeled and quartered1 onion peeled and quarteredpinch of clove and cinnaman4 Tbsp any low fat butter (melted)4 Tbsp honey divided
Season the chicken inside and out to taste with salt and pepper.
Toss the apple and onion together in a bowl with a pinch of cinnamon, fill the cavity of the bird with the apple onion mixture then sew or tie shut (i don't do either).
Brush the chicken with the melted butter after you put it in a roasting pan.
Brush on 2 Tbsp of honey on top. Cook at 325 degrees for an hour and a half.
Halfway though the cooking brush on the remaining 2 Tbsp of honey.
Serve hot
