Baked Mashed Avocado

Ingredients
2 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 1 small Onions, raw 2 clove Garlic 0.50 tsp Chili Powder, McCormick 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil Salt and Pepper to taste.
Directions
Chop onions and garlic very fine. Fry in the olive oil and add the chili seasoning, salt and pepper for taste. Saute for about 5 minutes til opaque. Cut avocados in half and take the fruit out. Save the skins. Mash in a bowl and than add the onion and garlic mixture. Spoon into the remaining skins and bake for about 15 minutes at 375.
