White Chicken Chile for Weight loss

Ingredients
2 can (5 oz) Canned Chicken 2.0 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 clove Garlic 3 tbsp Cilantro, raw 4 cup Beans, navy 4 cup Campbell's low sodium chicken broth 1 tbsp Chili powder 1 tsp Cumin seed 1 tsp Dried Oregano (by ARCTIC.ORCA) 1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 1 serving Borden reduced fat cheddar & monterey jack cheese (1/4 cup) (by CBOWMAN82) 1 cup Wylwood canned whole kernel corn (NO SALT ADDED) LOW SODIUM (by GRAPEMASTER) 1 serving Jalepeno Pepper- 1 pepper (by SRATERMAN)
Directions
In a large soup pot add chicken, 2 cans navy beans, 1 can tomatoes and 2 15 oz cans broth, Cover and simmer over medium heat.

Spray skillet with cooking spray and add finely chopped jalepenos and onions cooking until tender. Add Garlic and cook an additional 2 mins. Add to soup pot.

Stir in chili powder, cumin, oregano, cilantro and cayenne pepper. Simmer for 10 mins. Serve 1.5 cup servings with one tbsp of cheese and more fresh cilantro.
