COLD VEGETABLE SALAD

Ingredients
.5 cup Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) .33 cup Granulated Sugar .25 cup Corn Oil 0.25 cup white wine vinegar 2 cup Cauliflower, raw 2 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh .5 cup slices Radishes .5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
Directions
Mix first four ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly with a whisk. Boil for one minute. Cool thoroughly. Cut up all chosen vegetables and put in a large bowl and mix in the cooled dressing. Marinate overnight.
