4-5 lbs Potatoes.5 cup Canola Oil 4 fl oz Water
Directions
Wash potatoes
Trim potatoes
Slice potatoes
Rinse potatoes
Add oil and water.
Cook in large pot - stirring occasionally to cook through and brown but not burn.
