Pork Fried Rice

Ingredients
Hillshire Farm Polska Kielbasa, 2 oz Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped*Brown Rice, medium grain, 1 cupEgg, fresh, 1 large
Directions
Prepare Rice according to packaging instructions and set aside.

While rice is cooking:

Scramble egg til desired consistency and set aside.
Chop Hillshire Farm Polska Kielbasa into 1in bite size pieces

When rice is almost done:

Fry Keilbasa and onions together until onions are transluscent
Spoon cooked rice into the skillet with the keilbasa and onion combination and add eggs. Mix together.

Makes 4 .5- cup servings
Serve hot
