Mac-N-Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
4 cup Cauliflower, raw 2 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese .24 cup Yogurt Plain Greek Yogurt, non-fat 1 clove garlicSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Boil cauliflower until tender, drain and place in blender/food processor. Add all other ingredients and process until very smooth.

If the sauce is too think you can add some of the water from the cauliflower or a splash of non-fat milk.
