1 serving Egg Omelet/Scrambled (2 large whole eggs) .5 cup Spinach, fresh .5 serving Healthy One's Deli Thin-Sliced Oven Roasted Turkey Breast 4 slices .5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 0.25 cup Kraft Mexican Style 4 Cheese Blend (2% Milk)
Heat spinach, turkey mushroom on a pan with a little PAM. Add eggs and cook to taste. Add cheese last.
