Vegetable Salad

Ingredients
Celery - 3 medium stalks, choppedCucumber - 1/2 cup, peeled and choppedCarrots - 3/4 cup, gratedYellow Bell Peppers - 10-12 strips, choppedOnions - 3/4 cup, choppedFor the dressing:Salt - about 1/2 tspChilli Powder - 1/2 tspCumin Seed Powder - 1/2 tsp (optional)Juice of 1 lemoncilantro for garnish
Directions
Mix together all the vegetable in a big bowl. In a smaller bowl, mix the ingrediants for the dressing and then pour over the salad and mix thoroughly. Cilantro can be added for garnish
