1 serving Protein - Whey Protein Shake Vanilla .5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh .25 cup Blueberries, fresh 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 large Egg white, fresh 4 oz yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain .5 tsp Baking Powder 4 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Flax Seed Meal (2 Tbsp) 1 extra large (1-5/8" dia) Strawberries, fresh
Add all ingredients to a bowl, except strawberry. Mix all ingredients well, mashing banana to remove all chunks. Spray waffle iron with non-stick spray and preheat. Cook slow and on low in waffle maker. Top off with sliced strawberry and serve.
