4 serving Baked Wild Salmon (3 oz) 0.25 cup green onion (fresh) (by KAYE_ADAMS) 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 sprigs Dill weed, fresh 1 tbsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Garlic powder .25 tbsp Ground tumeric (by SUPERSNAZZ) 1 tsp ground mace (by SHIRHPP) 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 120 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g
Bake fresh salmon with lemon and dill 20 min at 400 degrees allow to rest and cool.
Add eggs, onion, spices, and bread crumbs to a bowl and mix well. Remove and flake salmon into mixing bowl and stir mix up.
Using an ice cream scoop to measure scoop salmon to pan pat flat with spatula and cook till crisp. Serve.
