1 serving Apple, Gala (medium) 1 serving Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, skim milk 1 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 0.25 cup Blueberries, fresh 0.125 cup pieces or chips Walnuts 4 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g 1 cup, chopped Kale 5 serving ice cube (1 cube - any size) (by LOLAJEAN) 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tbsp Honey 1 serving Pure Protein Vanilla Cream
Place all ingredients in blender -- milk and chia seeds and protein powder first, followed by kale, nuts and fruit. Top with cinnamon, honey and yogurt, with ice cubes added last. Blend until liquid and smooth, then enjoy!
