String Beans & Walnuts

Ingredients
String beans, 2 cupsWalnuts, 1 cupGarlic, 3-4 cloves, choppedShallots, 1, roughly 5 tbsp choppedWalnut oil, to toss, less than tsp
Directions
Toast walnuts in oven or toaster oven or [my preference] in a bit of ginger oil in a wok.
Slice the ends off the beans, and slice them in half.
Remove walnuts, set aside.
Saute garlic and shallots in a bit of olive oil or somewhat, and then add the beans, to stir fry for a few minutes.
Remove from heat and add walnuts, stir a bit and toss with walnut oil.
Yay!
