Ingredients
7 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 170 gram(s) Brocolli slaw ( no dressing) (by EVAHUNTLEY) .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 serving Sausage-Johnsonville Original Breakfast Sausage Links (3 Links) 4 oz Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 1tsp Coconut Oil 3 tbsp milk
Directions
Saute the veggies and breakfast sausage in oil until soft. Spray muffin pans (large). Add in the veggies and sausage to the muffin pan. In a blender, blend the milk and eggs. Pour mixture in muffin tins. Add the PARMESAN cheese on top. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
