Broccoli Rice and Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
White Rice, medium grain, 3 cupBroccoli, frozen, 16 ozCheddar Cheese, 8 oz Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)
Directions
Mix 3 cups of cooked rice with 1 bag of frozen broccolli and 1 can cream of mushroom soup. Mix in half the cheese.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle on the remaining cheese and bake 5 more minutes.

Makes 8 servings.
