Ingredients
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1.5 cup White Rice, short grain, cooked or 3/4 cup raw before cooking300 gram Green Gram lentil cooked( whole moong Dal) (by ROOPAHARI) or 1 cup raw before cooking8 oz (20 halves) Pecans or 1 cup processed .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw .5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh or 1portabell02 serving Bobs Red Mill oatbran cereal (by KATEB0822) or 1 cup oat flour2 slice Bread, mixed-grain (includes whole-grain, 7-grain or more .33 cup Sunflower Seeds, with salt added 4 tbsp Parsley 1 tsp Garlic powder
Directions
Cook rice and lentils seperatly let cool
Mix all together divide into twelve patties cook on BBQ or frying pan with a spray of oil
