Spicy Green Chile Turkey Chili

Ingredients
1 lb Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 19 oz can Las Palmas Green Chile Enchilada Sauce 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" lon Celery, raw chopped1 tbsp Cumin 1 tbsp Chili powder 1/2 Med. Bell Pepper 1/2 can or more depending on how hot you like it Rotel Hot Diced w/Habaneros.5 cup Fat free half and half 2 cloves Garlic mincedCilantro
Directions
Brown turkey and drain if necessary
Add celery, garlic,onion and bell pepper.. Saute a few minutes add spices and salt and pepper until fragrant. Add chile sauce and rotel with 1/2 cup of water
Simmer 30 minutes.
Off heat, stir in ff half and half
Sprinkle with cilantro and serve with a sprinkle of cheese
