Make Ahead Meatballs

Ingredients
16 oz Ground beef .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 clove Garlic 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .125 cup Corn Starch 3 serving Salt, Kroger SALT IODIZED,1/4 tsp(1.5g) (by CRLYN31) .5 tsp Pepper, black .25 tsp Allspice 2 cup Beef broth, bouillon, consomme 2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 3 tsp Worcesteshire Sauce (by KOMODODANCER)
Directions
Combine beef, onion, garlic, 2tbsp starch, salt, pepper, and allspice. Shape into approximately 12 meatballs.
Brown meatballs in skillet
Add browned meatballs, broth, mushrooms, and Worcesteshire to slow cooker
Cook on low for 5-6 hours
Add 1tbsp cornstarch last 45 minutes to thicken broth (thicken with more or less cornstarch as desired)
