Whole Wheat Sourdough Starter

Ingredients
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour 0.16 tsp Active Dry Yeast (by GRTMOMX3)
Directions
in large jar or crock (preferably one with a tight-fitting lid) mix the water, flour and yeast. Cover, and let stand 24-36 hours, until the starter is bubbly and has a sweet-sour aroma. Cover and refrigerate for storage.

Replenish after each use with a mixture of half water and half flour. Let stand at room temperature 1 to 2 hours, until bubbly. cover and refrigerate.
