Meatless "Hamburger" Lentil Soup

Ingredients
2 cup Beyond Meat Beef-Free Crumble (Beefy) (by MOONWATCHER13) .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 medium Carrots, raw 3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" lon Celery, raw 1 clove Garlic 32 oz Lakewood - Organic Super Veggie Juice (by SCHNELLD) .5 tsp Pepper, black 2 cup lentil,dry, uncooked (by ANTIOCHIA) 4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap .5 tsp Marjoram, dried 3 tsp packed Brown Sugar 2 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt (by WJHUNTER)
Directions
Chop the onion and set aside. Dice the carrots and celery and set aside. Lightly spray a skillet and brown the onion. Stir in the carrots and celery; saute for 1 minute. Transfer to the stoneware insert of slow cooker.
Rinse the lentils under cold water several times; add to pot. Stir in the remaining ingredients EXCEPT beefy crumble. Cover and cook on LOW 8-10 hours or HIGH 4-6 hours.
Add the Beefy Crumble to the soup when 1 hour of cooking time remains. Serve piping hot!
