Vanilla Maple Raw Cashew Cream

Ingredients
1 cup Cashew Nuts, Raw (by LORBILENKIN) 0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 tbsp Maple Syrup 0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Soak raw cashews in warm water for approx 2 hours. Rinse well. Add cashews and all other remaining ingredients in high powered blender (I use Vitamix). Blend on high until creamy consistency is achieved. Can reduce the amount of water for a thicker cream or increase for a thinner cream.
Delicious in coffee or as a fruit dip or drizzled across desserts. Seriously awesome!
