4 Thomas' Light Multi-Grain English Muffin -Toasted3 large eggs4 slices Butterball Turkey Bacon - Cooked per instructions1 tbsp Mayonnaise, Hellman's Light salt and pepper to taste
lighty mix 3 eggs in a small bowl. Spray a nonstick pan with no stick spray. Add eggs salt and pepper and cook over med low heat without stirring until firm.(3 minutes). cut into fourths, fold each fourth in half and then half again.
