Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs

1/2 c honey1/2 c low sodium soy sauce4 cloves minced garlic1 tsp basil1/2 tsp oregano1/4 tsp crushed red pepper1/4 tsp black pepper8 boneless skinless chicken thighs3 cup chopped red skin potato, raw3 cups baby carrots3 cups green beans
mix ingredients through black pepper together.
Place 4 thighs in the bottom of your crock pot. Pour 1/2 of the soy sauce mixture over the thighs. Layer the potatoes and carrots on top. Add the remaining thighs on top. Sprinkle with salt to taste. Pour remaining soy sauce mixture over the thighs. Put the crock pot on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. For the last hour or 30 minutes add green beans on top. Once the chicken is cooked and you are ready to serve, turn on the broiler and place the chicken under the broiler for 5 minutes to crisp.
