Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 25 gramsMilk, nonfat, 500 gramsBanana, fresh, 100 gramsSplenda (if you want it sweeter)
Directions
Heat milk, and put in blender with cocoa and sweetner mix well then add banana and let it blend well. Serve in two mugs.
