1.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour .75 cup Oats, Quaker 3 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Salt 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 4.8 tbsp Barney Butter - All Natural Smooth Almond Butter 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .63 cup, packed Brown Sugar 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 10 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original, refrigerated
Preheat oven to 375. Prepare muffin tin by spraying with nonstick spray. Mix dry ingredients. Mash bananas in bowl with almond butter, egg mix well. Mix in sugar, vanilla and milk until blended. Add dry ingredients. Batter will be thin. Bake 20-25 minutes.
