1 cup Cauliflower, raw and grated to rice size1 large Egg1 Tbls. Parmasean Grated 1 cup Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Grate cauliflower to the size of rice. mix cauliflower, egg and cheeses. Mix well. pat into a 10 inch round pizza crust. Bake 15 min in the oven until browned.
Add toppings.
Put back in the oven until the cheese is melted.
