25 medium Shrimp, raw 5.5 oz Pasta, Linguini, Enriched, cooked, Barilla 1 cup Milk, 1% 4 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted 6 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded 2 tbsp Cream Cheese 2 tbsp Parsley 3 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared
In a deep fry pan add milk, butter and chicken stock along with uncooked pasta. Cook until pasta is tender. Add cream cheese, parmesan and shrimp. Cook until shrimp is pink and cheese is melted. Turn off and sprinkle fresh chopped parsley.
