1 serving cauliflower frozen, whole bag, great value 3 tbsp Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters) .5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 2 serving Cheese, Pepper Jack, Reduced Fat, Sargento 1 slice
steam bag of frozen cauliflower. finely chop in food processor, drain liquid using cheese cloth or paper towel, cook in microwave 3 minutes, stirring every minute. add egg beater and parm cheese. Shape into 4 pieces of "bread" on parchment paper (I tried lightly oiled foil and it stuck). Bake at 450 for 8 minutes and let cool. Finish like making a grilled cheese using one slice of light cheese for each sandwich. I used a nonstick pan without oil or spray.
