16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean .25 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters) 1 cup Brown Rice, medium grain 3 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 8 oz Hunts Tomato Sauce no salt
Mix turkey, rice, egg beaters, 4 oz sauce, and seasonings (I used pepper and italian seasoning. Place into halved peppers. Put a little water into the bottom of the baking dish. Spoon remaining sauce on top and cover with foil. Bake at 350 for one hour. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes. If you'd like you can add light mozzarella cheese, broil til bubbly. Cheese is not included in calorie count.
