-Cucumber (peeled), 1 medium (remove)-Romaine Lettuce (salad), 2 cup, pared, chopped (remove)-*Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)-Tuna, Canned in Light Oil, 1 can (remove)-Carrots, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)-Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 2 tbsp (remove)-Yellow Mustard, 1 tsp or 1 packet (remove)-*Lemon Juice, 0.062 cup (remove)-Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 0.187 cup (remove)-Olive Oil, 0.25 tbsp (remove)
chop the tomato, lettuce, carrots, & cucumber in a bowl
take out the tuna from the can and add them on the vege's in the bowl but dont put with them the oil in the can.
in a small bowl put two tablespoon of mayonnaise and add to it one tablespoon of mustard and add oil and lemon juice. then stir them together till they became like a yellow mixture.
in order to eat just pick up some of the salad in the bowl and add on them the mixture which you prepared. bon a petitie..:D hope you like it.
