Ingredients
5 serving Chicken-Perdue Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 4oz 4.5 serving diced tomatoes & green chilies RoTel 10oz canned (by LEEISME2) 6 serving Beans, Kidney beans dark red 3 serv can 1 serving Beer: Brooklyn Brown Ale (5.6% ABV), 12 oz (by JNJ300) 1 large Onions, raw 2 tbsp Chili powder 2 tsp Knorr Chicken Bouillon 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 0.5 cup Tomato Paste
Directions
Sweat down the onions in the olive oil. Poach and fork shred the chicken. Combine the chicken with the onions and mix. Add can of tomato paste and 1/4 tsp chili powder. Cook for 4-5 mins. Add rest of ingredients and simmer med-low for 90 mins or until you want to eat it.
