Ingredients
3.0 tbsp Butter, salted0.75 cup Sour Cream1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract0.75 cup Granulated Sugar0.25 cup Flour, white2.0 serving 1 large egg (per the egg board) 50g16.0 oz Cheese--Philadelphia Cream Cheese 1/3 less fat16.0 tbsp graham cracker crumbs
Directions
Preheat oven to 325. Place cupcake papers in cupcake pan. Melt butter, add 3 sugar and graham cracker crumbs, mix well, press into bottom of cupcake papers. Mix remaining sugar and cream cheese with blender until blended. Add sour cream, flour and vanilla mix well. Add eggs one at a time mixing on low speed , mix until just blended. Spoon over crusts. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until set. Cool completely and refrigerate Serving Size: 1
