Grilled eggplant dip

Directions
Grill all of the vegetables & garlic. Add oil to a pan and heat. place garlic in pan and mash with a fork. Add tomotoes to the pan and mash with a fork. Remove the skin & ends from the eggplant and cut up the eggplant. Add eggplant to the pan and mash with fork. Keep mashing and cooking ingredients for about 10 minuts. Add spcies & cook for 5 more minutes. Serve with pita bread to dip.
