Ingredients
2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw3.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground0.5 tsp Salt4.0 tsp Baking Powder0.5 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar6.0 tsp Granulated Sugar2.0 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour1.5 cup Milk, 1%8.0 tbsp Butter, unsalted
Directions
Bake for 8 to 12 minutes Serving Size: makes 12 pancakes Melt half of butter and add flour and milk. Mix in eggs and sugar and salt and baking powder. Pour into large flat pan. Melt remaining half of butter and add brown sugar and cinnamon. Drizzle over top. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes at 350. Cut into squares.
