4 serving Portobello mushroom cap - 1 cap = about 1 cup (by SHANNALEEG) 8 oz Cream Cheese 10 oz Shrimp, cooked 8 oz Turkey, Jennie-O, Breakfast Lovers Ground Turkey Sausage (by CHERYLWAHL) 1 cup Spinach, fresh 3 tsp Garlic 4 oz Bel Gioioso - Fresh Mozzarella
Chop spinach, garlic, shrimp, and portobello stems in food processor. precook the turkey sausage, drain the liquid. Combine with other ingredients except mozzarella in a bowl and add cream cheese, mixing well with hand blender.
Place chunks of mozzarella in bottom of caps, fill caps with mixture then top with more mozzarella.
Cook for 15 min at 425, then finish under broiler for 2 minutes
