4 oz skinless, bonelss chicken thighs 1 tbsp Busha Browne's - Traditional Jerk Seasoning Rub (by WDONALDSON)
Directions
wash the thighs...patty dry. add seasonings . Place in 375 degree oven for 22 minutes.

I used a 16 oz of chicken thighs and made 4 servings.
