Very veggie egg bake

Ingredients
3.0 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes)1.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh1.0 cup Spinach, fresh0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw0.5 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper12.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 cup Milk, 1%
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Spray 12×13 pan with cooking spray. Pour in ingredients and cook at 350° for approx 20-25 min. Cut into 12 squares and enjoy!
