1.0 cup Spaghetti, cooked without added salt (pasta)0.75 cup, flaked and pieces Blue Crab2.0 tbsp Sour Cream- Ralphs fat free sour cream0.25 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A1.0 slice (1 oz) Muenster Cheese0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated0.5 cup Peas, frozen0.5 serving Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano1.0 serving Bacon - Applegate Farms Natural Sunday Bacon
Cook bacon, remove from pan and add onion, garlic ,tomatoes and peas. Add sour cream, milk,cheeses and mix till cheese is melted. Add crab and bacon and cooked pasta, mix together.
