Skinny Stove's Country Red Potatos

Ingredients
3 Med. Red Potato, cubed 3 Mini Sweet Bell Peppers - I like to use one of each color, chopped2 tbsp Onions, chopped1 1tsp Olive Oil
Directions
Cook in a fry pan over medium heat until potatoes become soft and browned. You can also bake these in a 350 oven until they reach the same results. Cooking time varies. Usually 20 - 30 minutes.
