Oriental Style Stir Fry Cabbage

0.50 tsp Pepper, black 0.50 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 1 head, large (about 7" dia) Cabbage, fresh 2 cloves Garlic 3 tsp Ginger Root 0.33 tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce 1 tsp A Taste of Thai: Curry Paste, Green 0.33 tbsp Spices, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavor Sauce (1Tbsp) 1 tbsp Canola Oil
Chop raw Cabbage into 2 inch squares
mince garlic and ginger
Heat Canola oil in a wok or large Dutch oven until oil shimmers
add cabbage, ginger and garlic begin to stir fry.
Add green curry paste and mix well.
When cabbage begins to get color and slightly wilt from the stir fry, add peppers, soy, and oyster flavor sauce.
Combine well and cook an additional 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat and serve immediately
Cooked cabbage should still remain crisp not mushy.
Serving Size: makes six 1 cup servings
