Curried Jasmine Rice

1 cup of Jasmine rice, raw1 tsp curry powder1-1/4 cup fat-free chicken broth1 tsp olive oilsalt and pepper to taste
Wash rice several times, until water runs clear. Add curry powder and olive oil and chicken broth to rice. Bring to a boil, cover, then steam until all liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat and allow to finish cooking. 5 minutes before serving, fluff with fork and recover.
