Baked Chicken Thighs in a Teriyaki Scallion Sauce

3 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh 4 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil 2 tbsp La Choy Teriyaki (by ADF24FAN2004) 3 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value) 1 dash Pepper, black .25 cup, chopped Scallions, raw 1.5 tsp Honey Mustard 3 clove Garlic, minced1 tsp hot sauce - Cholula hot sauce
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix everything but the chicken together. In an oven proof backing dish, toss the chicken with the sauce. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Cook for 20-25 min. Check for internal temperature of 180 degrees. Serve with rice or noodles.
Serving Size: Three thighs equals six servings. Serve with rice or noodles.
