Ingredients
2 lbs Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 6 tbsp grated Parmesan Cheese 0.75 cup Yellow Corn Meal3 tbsp Olive Oil 0.5 cup Italian Parsley finely chopped4 large Eggs lightly beaten3 cloves Garlic minced
Directions
Mix all ingredients and shape into loaf.
Bake at 375 for 50-60 minutes

Serving Size: Makes 1 large loaf. Cut into 8 servings
